Wendy's - Niagara Falls

Thank you. for better than the rest of the food levels in clifton hills. thank you for having refunded my money because I made a mistake to order more than once on the mobile app. many thanks that the manager called me to clarify the rest of the double commands. yep keeps the good work, are my thoughts.

I visited this Wendy’s during my trip to Niagara Falls in Late August/Early Sept. 2022. We decided to stop for a quick meal. This Wendy’s is located next to one of the major arcades and not too far from the falls. Although the restaurant was crowded, we didn’t have to wait long place or receive our order. Because the food is made to order some may think it’s a long wait time. Also, keep in mind many businesses are short staffed. There are plenty of tables and restaurants located at the restaurant. By the time you receive your food order someone is finishing up their meal and a table is available. The restaurant was clean, I appreciated there was a staff member going around to clean off tables. There is a beverage machine located closer to the seating area which gives you the option to choose which ever beverage you like. What I like most about this location is the food is made to order it’s fresh. It’s not like the US where food is already prepared and sitting out. We could also taste the difference in our food, this is a good thing. It was really delicious, there was no fat on the chicken either. We did try poutine from here but I think we should have just gone to a local shop to try it instead as we didn’t care for it to much. Certain parts of the dining area near the windows you have a beautiful view of Clifton Hills. You aren’t really able to see the falls because of the trees blocking but it’s still a beautiful view. The restrooms or washrooms as they call it were also really clean. I defiantly recommend trying this Wendy’s the food is great, the staff was friendly, and it’s also a frugal option.Wheelchair accessibility: you can enter through the arcade then go straight into the restaurant.

I appreciate that they have many seats for dine in but not many tables were clean.

So unclean place never will be back. Were you get the drinks there were no choices to get any of your own because they had two choose from. Men's bathroom dirty.

We were a group of 8 tgat visited this location last night.In this current market we all know to expect staff shortages everywhere especially at Fast Food locations.Considering that I think the team of people working did an excellent job.Our entire order was accurate, fresh and well made. The fries and nuggets were fresh. Staff was friendly and trying to hold their composure thru a very busy dinner period just prior to the fireworks starting at the falls.They had all hands on deck and they were trying their very best.Washrooms were hit pretty hard but once the rush was done I observed that one person was cleaning the washrooms and one was wiping down tables in the dining room.Overall a nice visit. Keep up the good work and try not to allow the complaining customers to bog down your spirit.
