I love this Aroma! I get the same order everytime and they never disappoint! ?
I swung by the Aroma Espresso Bar for an espresso and a bite while passing through the outlet mall in Niagara Falls. This place offers more than your standard coffee shop fare they've got salads, sandwiches and soups that don't suck. The portions are decent for the price too.The coffee was strong and aromatic, just what you need to keep fueled up for battling outlet mall crowds. Only downside was the service it took forever to get my order and some food was still being plated when it arrived. The staff seemed friendly enough but they sure as hell weren't attentive.Overall though, it's not a bad spot if you need some decent, relatively healthy options while shopping till you drop. And the coffee's good, which is really all that matters in the end. I'd say stop by Aroma Espresso Bar to recharge between bouts of retail therapy in the Niagara Falls outlets.I had no idea this was a chain restaurant.Parking: Free mall parking. You will probably need to walkWheelchair accessibility: Super easy
It was delicious. We ordered everything off the menu almost, my only critique is the service was rude. We spent over $100 on food and the one small $5 item that we requested a switch off because it was burnt we got an attitude for. Then we weren’t compensated fairly. It was shocking to see how much we spent and then treated poorly.
Every time I come here and wait in a line they are always out of whatever you need. They never put any signs of their chai being sold out and make you wait in a line. Please have some courtesy to post a sign or anything to let the guest know before waiting in the line.
