Keisuke Matsushima - Nice

Very nice refined cuisine, French cuisine with some Japanese touches. Here are the tuna tartar with caviar or the organic egg with summer truffles or the scallop wolf or the Piedmont beef and its gnocchis. or the verveine blown. Very nice wine menu, also for a sumptuous meal. Beautiful terrace in front of the Marble Cross, perfect and fast service, an excellent address of high gastronomy.

A superb culinary experience, dishes are original and tasteful. The outdoor terrace is pleasant and the service is impeccable. You can go with your eyes closed.

Excellent! Everything is absolutely perfect, the balance of dishes, tastes, seasonings, service! The frame is super nice! I recommend the eyes closed!
