La Coupole - Nice

I was about five times and each of them was excellent. Eating and service are a good quality, mixed audience of guests, although many well dressed, which is beautiful. ceviche is served in a very cool way, meat is so tender and drinks are...beautiful

Eating was ok, but disappointing in comparison to a few years ago we went. the worst part was the service! wait wait wait wait wait for old, eat comes before drinks., will suggest to more traditional places instead of a fake chic restaurant with a...Terrible service! go away!

We arrived here at 8pm and asked for a table for 2- we hadn’t booked and it was quite busy but were seated immediately. The restaurant loved lovely and had a nice ambience- fires on inside and patio heaters outside which was lovely. However it...was over 15 minutes before anyone came over to ask if we wanted a drink or even acknowledged us- I saw the people on the next table had even gone over to the waiter to ask if he was going to take their order as he had been waiting so long . I have no problem with being in a busy restaurant as it’s a good sign but to not even be acknowledged is a bit ignorant. We were just about to walk out to be honest when the waiter came over. I ordered the salmon with grilled vegetables and my husband ordered a pizza and I have to say the food was delicious. So overall we enjoyed it but all I would say after working in the customer service industry for 34 years is ... just acknowledge your customers... if you’re busy say so and let them know you will be with them ASAP . Just need to work on this and it would feel like a WOW experience.

Only one thing to say, if you want to eat in a fantastic restaurant with great food and excellent service, it has to be here!

This restaurant stands out among the many on Rue de France because of its quality furnishings, proper tablecloths and good lighting. Service is attentive, professional and swift, and the food is high quality and nicely presented. We enjoyed steak, chicken, fish and burrata among others....All were delicious with very generous portions. Definitely our favourite restaurant.
