A place to eat with serenity. A good choice of delicious dishes. It's cheap. The boss is very welcoming and very helpful
A pearl of unknown taste!? Very often to French, Japanese, Italian, Moroccan, Lebanese and Asian restaurants, I am always delighted when I have with friends ate the wonderful dishes concocted in the Wall of China. The restaurant is not very big, don't pay for a mine and we say we have an Asian restaurant like another. The great difference is at the level of his Chef who uses only very fresh products and is a great Chef. Vegetables are never stunned, meats are tender and oil for frying is constantly changed. This allows to have light and crunchy nems that do not stick particularly. The use of egg yellow makes them more succulent; fondue is a composition of fresh meat and fish with a high quality vermicelle. We literally melt with pleasure. I see it on the face of my friends; They're all amazed with pleasure. There are of course other traditional dishes such as traditional Cantonese rice. But even this one is a pleasure. The chief's secret... I couldn't betray him, but I could tell you it's the juice of an island fruit. In conclusion, the Wall of China is taste, astonishment, taste and taste. The welcome is finally hot and discreet. A pearl of unrecognized and cheap food for the quality and culinary level of his Chef who worked in very large hotels. Bernard, passionate about good restaurants and taste.
It is a restaurant where you serve a typical Vietnamese cuisine from the south, simple and gourmet, the sweet salt, you enjoyed ordered dishes, a warm and family welcome. To recommend to your friends. Charles
This small neighborhood restaurant on the Madeleine is called La Muraille de Chine but don't get me wrong, it's Vietnamese cuisine at 90% and it's so much better! Generally I judge this kind of restaurant on the quality of its spring rolls (goi cuon) because the ingredients must be obligatoryly very fresh under pain of completely missing the dish. Verdict, they were perfect they were even served with tuong, the veritable sauce to accompany this dish! Other à la carte dishes are also very good and you will not find them elsewhere.
