Yalla - Nice

We now have a favourite food place in Nice, and it is Yalla! We wanted a very easy meal to have in our hotel room after a very long day walking and exploring and sightseeing, so we decided to give Yalla a try it was wonderful! The food was OUTSTANDING!

We stumbled upon Yalla when looking for espresso one afternoon and decided to try the hummas. Are we ever happy we stopped here. We have already been back 3 times in 4 days in Nice. The food is incredible and the service is great. The proprietor is very friendly and interesting as we sat at the bar and talked with him on each visit. He has helped us immensely on our trip, from finding a place to get a hair appointment, to recommending a place to find a soccer jersey for a gift to take home after days of searching on our part. He was even kind enough to share some of his recipes with us.

We were in the area of this restaurant, happened to go by, and thought it looked interesting, so decided to give it a try. We are glad we did. The food was excellent, the ambiance was different and nice. The owner was especially accomodating this is a family business his father started 30 some years ago when we remarked on how much we enjoyed one of the chicken dishes, he insisted on giving us some spices and explained how we could make this at home We will be back

Les restaurants Libanais se multiplient à Nice. Nous avons retenus celui-ci pour un dîner en famille. Mezzés tout à fait correct, sans chichis. De toute façon la restauration Libanaise est classique . Pour 4 personnes, nous laissons 160€ pour les mezzés copieux, boissons, desserts et thés à la menthe..
