Sandwiches were great here last year, but the Italian I had yesterday was terrible. It was practically only bread and Mayo - almost no meat or spices and completely lacked the cheese and the pimples. There was a sign outside to say that they are short employees, so in this situation I understand when waiting longer, but the quality of the food should not suffer or you will lose customers.

I was here tonight at 8:30. When I didn't walk in a bar, he said, and just had a sad face like I ruined her night by being there. After the young girl with short black/brown hair made my sandwich.. She said you're going? She doesn't even have it in a bag for me or something. I had to put my own sandwich, chips, cookies and coke in my pocket. Bad customer service! I have a steak and cheese sub, steak was cold as it just came out of the cooler cold. It's pretty rough. Pretty clear who put the sandwich together was no matter how it came out. It's a shame to waste $10 on a sandwich that's garbage.
