Taco Bell - Niceville

NEW MANAGEMENT is FANTASTIK! This is the first time I was in this Taco Bell location in a few years. My family and I were really awakened not only by the level of care and attention in the restaurant cleanliness, storage and food preparation, but also by the extraordinary customer service that each member with whom we interacted. Our order had several adjustment and nutritional requirements and this was the first instance in which the order was made accurate. The manager Jay is a fortune for your organization and definitely deserves kudos. It is easy to see that he is proud to operate a tight ship and promote a fantastic work environment for his employees. (Who can be rare in the restaurant industry. He made my family and I feel welcome from the moment we went in the door. Through the dilligence of his staff in creating a safe and clean atmosphere, we felt more than comfortable food. Thanks HWY 20 NV Taco Bell! You are the best!

Fastest and best Taco bell in Niceville. Very clean and very friendly staff. You do a great job to run this place. Order is always correct.

Ciara was so friendly this morning. Great friendly customer service and food was hot and fresh with everything expected! Even the manager went beyond and beyond to bring the food to my car for me! Most def will be back
