Contribuisci feedbackI came in the drive through at 2 am. Was fast csuse there weren't other cars in line. Even with the late night hour they still had fresh fries and nothing tasted or felt like it had been sitting a while. I had no real issues.
Breakfast Saturday morning. They were very busy. It took awhile to get our meal. Maybe 15 mins. We ate inside. It was clean. Staff was very professional. Food came out hot. Honey Chicken biscuit was delicious. Cinnamon roll was hot and gooey! Biscuitsand gravy was hot and Biscuits were perfectly cooked.Worth the wait!
My experience today was really good. The wait was not bad at all, the food was really good and warm, and the service was phenomenal. Especially the very handsome and very polite gentleman that took my order. He had a very warm and welcoming voicethat really brightened my day. He?s name was John
Guys, I had the craziest experience at Whataburger in Bluewater Bay today. I went to the drive thru and only had to wait for one car ahead of me to order. The person who took my order was courteous and engaging, they went ahead and asked if I needed anycondiments. Got to the pick up window within a few minutes, was treated friendly again and was handed my food with condimentsand napkins all ready to go in the bag. Pulled over to a nice shady spot and open my bag to find my large fry box had theappropriate and adequate amount of hot perfectly salted fries. My succulent burger had been prepared and wrapped as if it wasbeing presented to a King of a sovereign nation. It was literally one of the most satisfying meals I've ever had. I've never hadthis experience from most of our local whataburgers in the area.
Horrible experience!!! Only two customers in the store, I was at the counter for 8 minutes before I was greeted. Two managers and four crew members walked by me. I had placed an online order and went inside at the assigned time. When the manager finallyasked if I had been helped I told her no. When I showed her my online receipt, I was told biscuits are cooking, but theycouldn 't tell me how much longer. I asked for a refund. The manager just said I 'm sorry several times. I drove to McDonald 'sand ordered and got my food in less time than I was standing at the Whataburger counter.
