Contribuisci feedbackThe silverware was nasty. The bacon was not done. The pancake was burnt. The syrup was not heated. Instead of refurbishing/changing the appearance of your restaurants, I believe I would focus more on the food, as the quality as gone way down as has the accuracy of to-go orders. They are never, never, never correct.
I love Cracker Barrel, have been going there for decades. This is the first time it has been so terrible, I placed my order, i was 25 minutes away, so when I got there it would be ready. well I waited another 20 minutes, with apologies from the staff, but when I got home , the stuffed baked potato only had bacon bits and a little sour cream( not the loaded potato I expected), and my bacon, maple chicken breast was so dry, I added maple syrup to it, which did not help. I gave it to my dog. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and called back to the kitchen several times while I was waiting. Very disappointed. I'm sure next time will be better, and I should have looked at my food before I left.
Food was great and on time. We both enjoyed our meals.
I do have to say I’m a little disappointed in your rewards program. I had a $10 reward and went to buy something and was told I had to spend $25 to get the reward. That is not a reward and it was in the very fine print.
I went in with my family Wednesday morning and our server Kristie was wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for better service and food was great as well. Pam up front was great as well. Good job!
