This place has so much potential, but it feels like not much effort is being put into improving the service. We visited during the day, so my review is more focused on table service, food, and staff rather than the bar. The waiting time was incredibly long, with at least a 15-minute wait just to get the menu, and we had to ask for it twice from the waiters. The same scenario repeated when we tried to place our food order. It took another 15 minutes to receive our warm drinks, and we struggled to make eye contact with the staff to place our order. The staff seemed to avoid contact and then made excuses about technical issues, which could have been communicated to us instead of being ignored. Overall, the service was very poor. The food itself was quite average considering the price. Another downside was that it was served in single-use packages, which is not environmentally friendly. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
