The bridge restaurant ', with views over the river weser, is located on the connecting point between hotel and theatre complex. in the background there is the constant sound of waterfall. we had an excellent dinner here and the staff was friendly and helpful. when it happened, we reserved a table, as we noticed that the restaurant was completely full on Saturday night. we both decided to fish as the main course and the white wine was excellent. it was surprising, however, that we constantly had to refill our own wine glasses, and this was not done by the waitress. all in all, eating was excellent and very generous. Although they have not listed any special dishes on the menu as "gluten free", every article I have chosen was gluten-free.

Die Lage des Restaurants ist wirklich bezaubernd - auf der Brücke über einen Zufluss in die Weser, man sitzt ganz schön. Das Essen allerdings ist nicht der Hit. Nicht wirklich schlecht, aber auch wirklich nichts Besonderes.

We both opted for fish as a main course and the white wine was excellent. Was however surprised that we continually had to refill our own wine glasses and this was not done by the waitress. All in all the food was excellent and portions very generous. Although they do not have specific dishes listed on the menu as being 'gluten free', each item I chose was gluten free.

Zum Ausklang des Nienburger Scheibenschießen wurde dieses Jahr das Weserschlößchen ausgewählt. Die Verköstigung war eine reine Frechheit! Selten habe ich so lieblos Aufreisware drapiert gesehen!

Ligging is mooi met uitzicht op de rivier de Weser. De omgeving is erg mooi! We vonden de kaart wat matig! Weinig keuze in de gerechten.
