El Mirasol - Niigata

Great Mexican food! The staff is also very warm and friendly. There is a separate vegetarian menu (included in this post).

The best Mexican food I lived here in the three years! Fully recommend this place, I got the wet burrito with spicy pulled pig.

This is the hands down the best Mexican restaurant I was in Japan. They won't be disappointed. I recommend every big burrito because they are delicious. For the desert, get rice pudding, and the Jamaican drink is good. The owners are very nice and always enjoy chatting in Spanish or Japanese.

This is hands down the BEST Mexican food I’ve had in Japan. The carnitas tacos are FANTASTIC. There’s nothing in Tokyo that comes close! A MUST DO if you’re in Niigata craving Mexican.
