Ittouya - Niigata

It's good that I'm here early because it just came a little longer. And the wait was absolutely worth it because her Kasane Shoyu Chashu Ramen was amazing. There's nothing good about this smoker. The second one comes to your table, you can smell the charred pig and the deep fishy wealth of soup. Starting with soup, it is a tonkotsu pig bone, soy sauce and fish (especially niboshi when my taste buds are right) basis. It is almost overwhelming in its salty, savory wealth that is of me. And this chashu? Thickness, juicy, soft, smokey and with incredible portions. Ridiculous at this price! Also the thin wheat noodles were quite good, along with the thick slices bamboo and beautiful soft egg. For only 930¥ for the chashu rays and 100¥ more for the big portion, it definitely on the fleshy savory spot. Make yourself a favor and visit this popular place in Niigata.

I love these rams very much. The big slice of pork are so juice and tasty. I have to come back in the future.

Extremely delicious rams and delicious gyoza. I prefer the ravens in soup instead of their tsukemen, which seems more popular. I love this place!!!

Go for the noodles stay for the chashu. Thick slabs of pork belly. Best to arrive at 1130 on a weekday while the pork is soft. Not to salty tonkotsu soup base.

Great chashu ramen!! A bowl has 3 thick long slices of chashu! Very soft and tender!!
