These people have HORRIBLE customer service. They guy who takes the order told me he will text me to come pick up my order, he never texted me so I went there to find my food was cold and soggy. Then they started to argue and fight with me, just horrible way to deal with customers. It was their fault for not texting me, they told me it was technical error! So then they need to make it right for the customer and make a fresh one. After a lot of argument they made me new dosa. I will never eat at this location. They have horrible customer service!
We were delighted to choose an Honest restaurant last evening. I highly recommend this restaurant. I had an amazing experience with Niles's location. The taste was exactly what I was looking for and the ambiance was superb. The food was amazing just like Indian Taste (Bhatura was soft and fresh as if it was my mom's hand).Special thanks to Mr.Kumar. I was so pleased with the outstanding service I received from this person. He went above and beyond to get through my order. We all enjoyed your delicious food (especially scrumptious MANCHURIAN DRY) and the evening was everything we hoped it would be.
