If you’re any different shade of beige, you need to beware. I wasn't aware of a policy about self checkout cash back, and a gold tagged, gray-haired, karen-esque manager rudely informed me multiple times about it. I explained that I wasn't aware and wouldn't have done it in the first place if I had known there was an ATM in the store. After that she approached me 3 more times to tell me to get a money order done, use the ATM, and reiterate the policy like as if I was an imbecile. Ever since SpartanNash took over Martin's took a turn for the worst! Edit: I will not be contacting your customer service team. SpartanNash does not care. The company has had many instances of r*c*sm, h*m*ph*b*a, and s*xual h*r*ssm*nt amongst young female employees that were never addressed. I know many former employees who have talked to SpartanNash corporate only to receive the blame themselves! The company only wants to protect the assets that keep their reputation white. ......Oops, I meant right.
Ordered rib tips for lunch today was very disappointed. They tasted like they had been warmed up from days before were very tough to chew. Don't think I'll have them again
Martins always great deli options fresh meats and beautiful produce.
The recycling is a bit of a pain when the weather is hot there's usually a long line to get in they have a Guard controlling access to the machines. Probably not coming back for the recycling here.
