Nuggett Downtown Grill - Niles

Waitress was amazing food was excellent the ambience is incredible!! On the inside it all looks like reclaimed barn wood which looks awesome!!

The service was decent, but the restaurant itself was rather cold. We found the food to be extremely overpriced for its quality, and both my husband and I agreed that dinner was disappointing. I ordered the burrito while my husband chose the prime burger. The bun was soggy, and the meat had no flavor. Our son, who had the pork chops, even suggested that we should have just gone to Arby's instead. I work hard for my money, and this dinner was a complete waste. This place has really declined since the new management took over, and I miss the old menu.

The service was extremely slow. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, it took over an hour for our food to arrive. We had to request the salads be served first, instead of our entrees. Additionally, the sides we ordered were incorrect. Getting drink refills was nearly impossible. Considering the quality of the food, the prices felt unreasonably high. I won't be returning; I work in the food industry myself and usually have a good understanding of service issues, but this experience was just not smooth at all.

The menu was quite limited, and the wait time was excessively long, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. We were served by five different servers, and one of them ignored my request for extra silverware for my friends. Another server I asked ended up forgetting about it. Additionally, they didn’t ask me how I wanted my steak cooked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. As someone who works in food service, I’m usually very understanding since I know that things can go wrong. However, this place really seemed disorganized. It’s unfortunate to say that I won’t be returning, especially because it used to be a fantastic place with excellent food.

Found another good place to eat. Everything was fresh, tasty and nice proportions. Also our server Jen was outstanding for service. We'll definitely be back. Came back 4 weeks later and out lunch was very good. We had the Cod fillets, clam chowder (excellent), the large plate of baked potato, chili and salad. All were very good and why we'll be back next time we're out this way shopping. Sorry I forgot to pic the Cod fillets but they were delicious.
