Paris Soda Company - Niles

My wife and I have sampled every BBQ restaurant in the South Bend and Elkhart area, and this one stands out as the absolute best in Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana! It's a must-visit! We ordered the brisket plate, and the brisket was incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful—without any excess fat! I highly recommend this place!

I can't talk with their food options (yes) but I love their limes. They mix the flavors before you, just like an old fashionable soda fountain. Friendly environment with a cute nostalgic atmosphere. The Paris is definitely a Niles Spindle.

I absolutely love the pulled pork that Jim Morris serves here—it's the best I've ever had, even compared to places in the Chicago area! The coleslaw has a delightful sweet vinegar flavor that's out of this world and pairs perfectly with the pulled pork tacos. Jim combines his signature smoked meat with the rich traditions of the long-established Paris Soda Company, which I affectionately refer to as Paris Cafe. It's a fantastic little spot that you really have to try!

The food here is ridiculously good! Anything that was put on the smoker has a wonderful taste, and anything else compliments the meal fantastically. I like to get the pulled pork and beans on the side. I'm dying to try the ribs, but I don't live close enough to make it at the right time! The gelato is a great after meal, or anytime, treat as well. Get yourself in here and start trying things, you won't be disappointed.
