Pizza Factory - Nine Mile Falls

The pizza is delicious and the people are nice enough, service sucks. Called in an order to pickup. 1 pizza and a breadstick. Told me it’d be 45 minutes which is fine. It was 530, probably a dinner rush. Got there 45 minutes later and I think they had just put my pizza in the oven cause it didn’t come out of the oven for 20 more minutes. My order was the only one that came out the entire time I was there. Spent $45. Not impressed. Service: Take out

This business cannot commit to having food ready in time! For pick up, they say that they'll call when ready but they do not. Can hardly ever get delivery within decent time frame. Tired of waiting two hours to eat. Terrible management but food is good, when you can get it. Advise, quit committing to having people's dinner ready when it will not be. Good luck! I really like this place great pizza in Nine mile falls. l noticed how clean this place. I told the lady i was impressed because so many places don't care anymore about keeping business clean. super friendly love the pizza and they will make it your way.
