The grilled cherry salmon is delicious. Another higher course includes "gin-dara" fish. The crispy potato seaweed seafood salad with monkfish liver and ponzu sauce is also delicious. The olive oil-marinated Hokkaido oysters are quite tasty, as are the anglerfish tempura and six pieces of sushi including surf clam, tuna, squid, grouper, sweet shrimp, sesame ice cream, and shrimp soup. The alcohol selection is also varied and delicious, with recommendations for "Yezo beer" and sake from Nagoya. It seems to be the family restaurant of a former Olympic athlete.
The service and the food were both fantastic. I definitely want to come back again. Not only the fish, but the chawanmushi (savory egg custard) was also delicious and highly recommended.
I found this sushi restaurant while exploring. I was actually thinking about going to the soba restaurant next door, but they didn't allow young children, so I decided to stop by here instead. It turned out to be a great choice! The meal included salad, chawanmushi, soup, and tempura rice bowl (shiitake mushrooms, shiso, enoki mushrooms, squid, pumpkin, sweet potato, bell peppers, and 2 prawns) for only 1,650 yen - such a good deal! The tempura was crispy and delicious with a sweet sauce. The staff were also very friendly and kind to my children, for which I am grateful. I would love to visit again when I come back to Niseko.
ニセコ町在住のスキーインストラクターに教えてもらった美味しいお寿司屋さん。ほんと美味しかった! HANAZONO にある高級ホテルの寿司屋より旨い
