Starbucks - Niskayuna

I recently visited a coffee shop where only one other table was occupied by three people. Despite the small number of customers, it was incredibly loud inside. It was difficult to hear my friend sitting across from me due to the poor interior design and the constant chatter of the large staff behind the counter. Additionally, the loud machines used to make drinks for the drive-through added to the noise level. While I have always enjoyed Starbucks coffee, I will not be returning to this particular location for a coffee date with a friend.

I popped in to grab my chai latte and breakfast sandwich. The friendly cashier welcomed me with a smile and didn't hurry me. The barista preparing my latte was new but she double-checked all the orders and made them perfectly!

Terrible service! The staff was extremely slow and rude when inquiring about my order. It took over fifteen minutes to receive a refresher that I had ordered through the mobile app.

I had great service here! everytime i have came here everyone has been super friendly and helpful. the schenectady starbucks made my drink completely wrong and refused to fix it for me after i asked kindly for them to correct it. i went to this starbucks to tell them about my situation, they were extremely nice to me and Brandon fixed my drink without asking further questions. thank you!

My granddaughter and I had a great experience at 10:15 am on a Thursday at this location. We noticed the store was busy; almost all tables were occupied by customers. The staff member who took our order was efficient and courteous. He promptly handed us two Cake Pops in a bag. We proceeded to the end of the counter for pickup of a cold Chai Tea which was served right away. The breakfast sandwich I ordered took only 5 minutes. While I waited I sampled a flavored lemonade which was refreshing. The Turkey Bacon Eggwhite Sandwich exceeded my expectations. Delicious! And healthy too. I definitely would order again.
