As a business owner myself, I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I received at this establishment, which was marred by unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect. The waitress's electronic device malfunctioned, and instead of using an alternative solution to take our order, she verbally confirmed it and then proceeded to serve other tables before us. Despite being seated first, our order was the last to arrive. When I attempted to address these issues with the manager—who appeared to be of Hindu descent—he responded with hostility. Instead of listening to my concerns, he began shouting at me, dismissively pointing out that other customers were spending more money and implying that my concerns were not important. Additionally, my daughter found the fries to be unappetizing, describing them as tasting like dirt, which suggests that the potatoes were not properly cleaned. This experience highlights a troubling lack of respect and professionalism, particularly towards people of color. It is clear that the management of this restaurant does not value or respect its diverse clientele. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Great service and the food was better than expected

Good place for dinner, could be more variety on the venue. Food is good but some dishes are old and might need to be replaced or improved. Always busy, and the wait time can be long.

I ordered my food Carside to go to be ready at 7:40pm. because I was picking up after the gym and did not want to go in. I did all their prompts required and was parked in one of their stalls and it told me my food was on the way shortly. I waited until 8:05 and finally decided to go in all sweaty and in gym clothes. My food was just sitting there and I asked for it and the bartender handed it to me with no apology after I explained what had happened and I asked what the point of carside to go is if I still have to come in a get it. My food was cold and soggy by the time I got home. When I ordered online they also had a deal going on where you spend 40 or more you get a 10 dollar gift card emailed to you. I did not receive this GC either so this was a terrible experience for my family.
