Domino's Pizza - Nixa

I have never seen a group of people work as hard as the staff at this restaurant! On two separate occasions, my order was made incorrectly, but both times they made up for it with plenty of apologies and great customer service. Kudos to everyone involved!

This is an updated review from about 4 months ago. I would recommend avoiding this place as they have consistently ruined our dinner experiences more than 4 times. The $19.99 online special was not honored by the assistant manager Richard on 11/5/22. What made it even worse was that he didn't seem to be aware of the specials that his employer offers to customers, showing a lack of knowledge. I had placed an order over the phone 1 hour before pick up, but unfortunately, everything that could go wrong did go wrong. It seems like there are incompetent staff members working at Nixa Domino's. My family and I have decided to never order from this chain again. We will be giving our business to Pizza Hut moving forward.

I suppose there is a first time for everything. In all my years of either working for or ordering from Domino's, it has never been a standard practice to ask for a tip. This is what a store manager informed us after we called to inquire why the delivery driver had asked for a tip. While I understand that Covid has brought about changes for everyone, that does not justify unprofessional behavior. I will say that the order was delivered very quickly. Nevertheless, I hope that this type of interaction is not a regular occurrence for Domino's customers.

Good dominos never had any issues made a mistake on my order once then just gave it to me for free. Would recommend

Domino surprised us with how good their garlic bone in wings were. We ordered our pizza and wings early and ask they be delivered at 6pm for a birthday party. They arrived at 5:50. Hot and fresh. Extravaganza pizza, and wings. Great
