I came to Nixon to meet someone. They were running a bit late so I decided to walk around and visit pokestops. I noticed Enchiladita was open and was craving some cheese enchiladas.y waitress was Yesenia. I asked her a question about the enchilada plate as I have a food allergy to beef. She went above and beyond to make sure the sauce had no beef. She found out it did so I agreed to queso. (I love my queso, btw). I have visited many Mexican restaurants and yes, there have been so very bad enchilada plates. This restaurant was AMAZING. The beans and rice were not dried out, the chips and salsa were spot on and look at this plate!!! Yup. It's almost all gone and realized I needed to get a photo in for the review!!!!
