Kfc - Nizhny Tagil

Over the past month, I have visited this restaurant about eight times, and the drive-thru never works, neither during the day nor at night. I always go with the expectation of getting my food to go since I can’t leave my child in the car. Each time I hear, "Please go inside, the drive-thru is temporarily unavailable." If that's the case, they should remove the drive-thru altogether so that customers know they need to go inside. As a result, I've left empty-handed so many times. This is just what I can recall from the last month.

Standart kfc, fast service, as usual.

The service here is incredibly prompt. Even during busy times, you won't have to wait long for your food. The dining area is well-maintained, and tables are cleared almost right away. The dishes are consistently delicious, and the chicken is served piping hot.
