Drive thru lines always take forever to go through. Orders are wrong seems every other order. I started going to another location rather than this one.

This is for the larger woman who works management most nights, she is just awful. She’s clearly miserable and as someone who’s been a bartender for 13 years, I wouldn’t talk to ANYONE the way she talks to people. if you don’t like your job or doing customer service, do the employees and customers a favor and do something, ANYTHING else. If you’re not willing to do your job correctly with dignity and passion then that’s probably why you’re in your mid 40’s still working a drive thru. She is rude and incompetent and I’ve already posted about it on my neighborhood fb (which is the neighborhood literally across the street) with some of my neighbors agreeing her attitude is toxic and some of them agreeing not to go back there. I hope business declines until you find a better suited manager for your night staff because that woman is just absolutely deplorable. I can tell the poor staff is walking on eggshells around her. Bad vibes and awful service.

Yessenia provides the worst customer service I 've ever experienced. If she hates her job so much, maybe she should further her education. If her boss is curious about what I 'm talking about- please check the cameras on 3/5 from 1:20- 1:26 pm inside the store. It 's funny how she said she doesn 't have time for customers while she 's being paid to be there.

Drove through ordered a Hamburger combo, brought it home. The fries were cold, the drink was fine, the burger was a FISH sandwich! REALLY?????? I hate going to this location. This isn’t the first time this has happened.
