Chipotle Mexican Grill - No. Miami

Absolutely terrible. Had a pickup order placed for 12:10. Waited 20 minutes for it after its pickup time. Watched everyone that walked in get their bowls immediately while there was a line of people waiting for mobile orders. Had a bunch of staff standing around and not helping the one guy doing all the mobile orders.

They say they close at 11 PM however it was 10:45 PM and they already had the doors locked. They had people eating inside still. Very unprofessional! It’s made food already it wouldn’t take 5 mins to make me a burrito bowl!

Great flavor and large portions of food at a very good price.

I got some food here on Tuesday around 8:15pm .Very low quality food with no effort made towards hygiene.The filthiest Chipotle I have ever been.Very unfriendly staff.The guy that served me looked like didn’t want to be there at all.Made me feel like he was doing me a favour.Eat in area very dirty and the patio outside full of trash with bins overflowing.I will never step foot in this place again.

The worst run Chipotle I've ever been to. They were out of 1/2 of the normal ingredients. No beer. Most drinks empty. Employees almost comatose. Just sad.
