Kin's Wok In Ghent - Nob

I personally think the food is very good! Had general tso shrimp. A tad too sweet nonetheless it was delicious ????. Also had wonton soup with noodles very good. One thing that is for sure, Chinese food is waaay better in Norfolk than VA bch.

This was my go to Chinese restaurant for 20 years. Food was always delicious. Last night we had the same identical experience as a month ago and I will not be ordering ever again. Something has gone horrifically downhill here. Was quoted 30-45 minute delivery time on the phone. I understand if they are busy. This was a wednesday night, not a weekend. After and hour and a half i called asking where our food was. They said the driver was on the way and please wait a few more

Kin's Wok is starting to lose their touch. I ordered crab rangoon and they were over cooked, as in burnt. They continue to charge more if you use a credit/debit card. What other restaurant does this? This should be illegal.

Used to be one of my favorite spots for Chinese in Hampton Roads. I grew up on NYC Chinese and Kins Wok was a satisfying approximation. However the last few times I've ordered its been bland, tasteless and in some cases just bad. Something has definatly changed and it seems to be getting worse. Also what's with the the makeshift cubby hole you have to stand in to order or pick up? I understand why it came about but why is it still there? Won't be going back and would not
