Taco Bell - Nob

Food is more expensive at this location. Not sure why but definitely not worth the $25 For two burritos and two drinks. The drink machines and tea were out so buying drinks was not a good idea. Someone got angry with the kiosk and punched it. The glass was cracked. I wonder what the guy’s hand looks like. The tall young man at the counter was polite and soft spoken. My elderly dad couldn’t hear him and stood at the counter waiting for a response and felt ignored. Taco Bell never has salt and pepper and my sad wanted pepper.

The ENTIRE over-night crew needs to be terminated immediately. Around 3:30am on 2/24, I decided to go to this 24/7 Taco Bell location for some food. I drove through the drive-thru lane and was informed that they were closed. I asked “Why”, and was told that they were only accepting Door Dash orders, and that there were only 2 people working the night shift. I simply stated, “That’s not right and not the proper regulation for Taco Bell”. The person behind the mic began laughing at me, and demanded for me to pull off and find somewhere else because they were closed. As I begin to leave the premises, I noticed 3 of the workers outside in the front smoking marijuana. Instead of them doing their job by fulfilling my order, they decided to smoke marijuana during their work shift. This is extremely unacceptable and the entire overnight staff needs to be terminated.

They don't have the classic box/bag? Every Taco bell has that. Got the number 2 and only received 3 regular soft tacos, not supremes. Wasted $9 just because I was hungry and didn't have time to wait. But to be clear, the kid at the window was very nice. I'm just mad about not getting what I ordered or originally wanted.
