Halal New York Gyro - Noblesville

I really hate having to leave this review. We went here maybe four or five times and loved it every time. The service was great, the food was delicious with great portions. All that changed the last time we went here. It was admittedly late in the evening. The usual staff was not there. We ordered online for in store pickup. When we arrived, they had no knowledge of our order and hadn't started it. Okay that's fine, things happen. They did eventually find it, the order had gone through, but it was missed on their end. From there, it took over 45 minutes from the time we arrived (expecting an immediate pick up) before they got us our order. In that time, one of the workers proceeded to make my wife extremely uncomfortable by flirting and coming on to her the whole time she waited. When we finally got our food, it was soggy and disgusting. They gave us extra fries as an apology, but they were clearly just getting rid of extra old fries because they were cold and soggy and nearly inedible. The gyros had maybe 5 pieces of meat in each and both of our orders were entirely incorrect. We asked for different toppings and they didn't get a single one correct. There was also no sauce at all.All in all, after four or five great experiences, this one event has lead to us never going back. I don't know what to say. We really loved this place.

Best Gyros in town!! We have been searching for a place like this since we moved here a year ago. Food is flavorful, delicious and a great price. My husband loved the lamb and oh my god the chicken tikka is amazing! This is our new go to!

Best sandwiches ever.I like the bread type ? and how they grill the lamb ?? so delicious ?. The best part is it’s Halal or Hlal. The ones who cook and serve its Pakistani, so they Muslims

Ordered though DoorDash. Quoted 20-30 minutes though door Dash. I called the restaurant direct (because they apparently handle their own deliveries) after nearly an hour wait and was told it was on its way and would be here in 10 minutes any they hung up on me. Finally arrived 20 minutes later. Food was cold. Sorry I tried it . Won’t be ordering again.

I have loved everything I have tried so far. I will be eating here again!
