However, when I went to pick it up on the day it was ordered, I was extremely disappointed to find that the cake looked nothing like what I requested. It didn’t appear to be custom at all and certainly wasn’t worth the $85 I had paid. Additionally, the icing was poorly done and very uneven. I immediately brought this to their attention, and they took the cake to the back to attempt a "fix." Unfortunately, the result was still unsatisfactory. I expressed my disappointment to the staff member, explaining that the cake was not at all what I had asked for and that it wasn’t worth the price I had paid. The staff then consulted with the manager/owner, who stated that the cake I received was indeed a custom cake valued at $85 and that the design in the photo I provided would have cost over $100. The manager/owner never even came out to speak with us directly, despite our frustration and disappointment. I am thoroughly disgusted with the service and the lack of communication. I have ordered many custom cakes from St. Phillip and have photos to demonstrate how a properly made $85 custom cake should look. This will be my last order from St. Phillip, especially at this Nobleton location. The manager/owner clearly doesn’t know how to run a business and seems only interested in profit. I will be sharing my experience and photos with others.

Great bakery the food is exceptional and bread is good, a must have pastries and the coffee slush.

As I mentioned, the food is great, but for $10 less, I could prepare a similar meal at home that tastes just as good. I'm quite disappointed by the unexplained price changes, and as a result, I will not be returning.

What a fantastic restaurant! There are plenty of varieties and options to choose from, and the service is excellent, thanks to the many staff members available. The atmosphere is stunning, with lots of natural light and high ceilings, creating a lovely ambiance. I definitely want to visit more often!
