Contribuisci feedbackThis is the worse Tim Hortons I have ever been too...the service is horrible,they are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, they are very slow with service through the drive through as well as inside service. I believe they should be reeducated in all aspects of Tim Hortons services they are making Tim Hortons look bad. Most orders 8 out 10 are made incorrectly made and it's unfortunate that this is the only Tim Hortons in the area that people are forced to go to.
They need to teach the staff about customer service. I never get a hello, or thanks or have a nice day. The other day I could barely understand the lady at the drivethu , her accent was so strong . I had no clue what she was saying.The quality of the food is also lacking.
I visited a Tim Hortons that ran out of food, and then their cash registers stopped working. Despite these issues, they still chose to stay open. It honestly feels like this place is trying to waste my time on purpose!
If I could give this 0 stars I would because that’s what it deserves ! The staff turnover explains it all.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever visited. If you're looking to wait hours for a coffee or spend an entire day in the drive-thru, this is the place for you. The service here is unacceptable, and something needs to be done about it. The purpose of a drive-thru is to provide quick service, yet I waited over 25 minutes just for a coffee. It's absurd! I believe they should restrict large orders to in-store customers only to improve the experience.
