Kaiserhof Gastronomie - Nördlingen

Have lunch today. My wife had the salad with salmon that was OK, I had Italian band noodles with pesto. The noodles were completely cold! they were taken back to demand and only 2 minutes later I had a "new dish" well noticed it took 20 minutes until the noodles first came to the table. I asked the service if the food was now warmed up in the microwave and from where the hair comes on the noodles, it could not give me an answer. I left the food and didn't want anything. 5 minutes later, the operator of the local agreed. To us, with sharp tone, he asked me what was wrong with the noodles. I told him everything, and with a declining tone, he meant going away “aha, a hair also.” Never again!

Had Schäufele, which was very good, the other dishes didn 't taste as good and were carelessly made. Our waitress was a disaster.
