All Fresh - Nogent-sur-Marne

The frame is similar to all Asians. But the kitchen, it, is frankly above! everything is fresh, and the dishes are prepared for order. the card is very (too?) varied. The whole Vietnamese/Chinese part is excellent: the entrances, fresh nests, the fish dishes (Thai lesson, miamm) the classic bobun frankly copied, the fresh pates, and the very successful bibimbap!On the other hand, the Japanese part comes too, in my opinion (it was not present at the beginning and I find it dispensable. others do better on Nogent). The welcome is always on the top, with impeccable service and always listens! small attentions, and smiles!

Good reception, seemingly fresh but not really taste, lack of spices. Pikes a little too fat.

The first time I had granted a "very good" probably influenced by the freshness aspect, but two recent passages left me a less favorable impression. I appreciate their nems which are very crunchy even if they are accompanied by a microscopic fragment of mint leaf which is of extreme radinerie, I was disappointed by the vapour bites that do not seem to be made of ingredients of high quality, as well as a typical Korean dish in a hot bowl is mostly composed of rice and very little meat. Finally mixing Chinese and Japanese cuisine always leaves a doubt about the authenticity of the approach. on the other hand, desserts are of great freshness.

We tried this new restaurant for us on Saturday. and Sunday evening, delivered within a very short period of 45 minutes, super fresh dishes (spring rolls in particular) a tasty and very digestive cuisine, well presented, we will recommend at home frequently.
