Also order the tomato coear de boeuf with mozerella di buffala, the best starter ever. Perfect for summer with peach and a really nice pesto vinaigrette.
Very Nice small spot to eat, outside of the expensive tourist trap that is Monmatre. Amazing food, great seats and fine prices. One of the waiters didn’t want to speak english at all, and only spoke french to us, while getting mad that we didn’t understand him (which seemed kinda rude). But there was a very sweet young waiter that helped us out. And it was over-all a very nice experience! Will 100% go again.
We went to Montmartre to see the exhibit at the Museum there and wanted to have a nice lunch afterwards. Our friend had stayed near Suzanne, but never had been there. We normally would reserve but this time we did not. When we entered, we could see that it was a popular place for both tourists and locals. There was not a table for 4 available, and it was a bit chilly to sit outdoors, but though some shifting and moving of other guests, we were seated. That in itself was a good sign of things to come. We had the house wine, which was very good and a great value. I had the tartare which was super. My memory is a bit vague since I am writing the review a few weeks after we dined, but I think at least two of the others had a croque Suzanne. I do remember that everyone thought this was one of the best lunches in the 3 weeks we spent in Paris and certainly the friendliest welcome. We certainly will return.
Very nice place, everything is homemade, ultra-fresh, adorable welcome
Delicious and quality home kitchen. Map of varied menus with fresh and organic products. In addition continuous service and very pleasant terrace. It'll be all for Suzanne!
