The food was great and the staff were wonderful! Very pleasant. My Fiancee and I even danced and they put music on especially for us. We even got a little gift which will be our first memory of France as an engaged couple. We will return!
Visited the shopping centre for lunch and didn’t want McDonald’s etc. Crepes and Galettes were order of the day and we were not disappointed.
Had a basic crêpe there: cheese and ham. It was all right, very soft. You know how it is in Brittany? With the edges slightly crunchy? Not the case here. Was not impressed.
That smoke salmon is too salty! Omg! N this area is not safe for female solo traveler, be careful do not go out after 9pm.
During my first visit to Paris, in late September 2016, I enjoyed my first supper at this Restaurant, as I was staying in the nearby Holiday Inn.This Crêperie is located in the upper level Food Court of the Les Arcades Shopping Mall, and not exactly where Tripadvisor places it on the map. I found it without a problem though. I really liked the restaurant interiors which were modern and comfortable.Having had a Crêperie, run by a Francophile in my current Hometown a few years ago, I came to love the savory Galettes as a meal. Unfortunately that Crêperie closed down and relocated offering only the sweet variants now. So when I decided to come to visit Paris, I knew that I had to have at least one Galette. I found out about this place thanks to TA, and because it was close to my Hotel, I decided it would be perfect for my first evening meal, as I wasn't sure if I would venture back into the City Center. At first I was a bit anxious, not having spoken much French over the last couple of years, but I needend have worried. I had no problems communicating with the Staff in French. I asked for a table for one and was promptly seated and given a menu. Luckily I had already checked out their menu online before my travels and had a rough idea of what I would order.I went for a Breizh Cola, an altercola from Brittany, bottled by a company called Phare Ouest. See what they did here? Which I found very tasty, less sweet than the Global Brand Colas, I would order this again where it is offered. They also brought a Carafe d'eau (free pitcher of tap water) to the table without my having to request it, wonderful service. For my dish, I chose a Galette Campagnarde, which included smoked bacon, egg, grated emmental cheese, mushrooms, onions and crème fraîche. Absolutely delightful, and I can see why it was voted one of their best products in 2015.Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling a huge appetite that evening, and so I skipped out on having desert. The bill came to €15.50 which I found a fair price for the great meal I enjoyed. The Staff was very friendly and courteous and made me feel welcome the entire time. Never did I feel looked bad upon for my not so perfect French. I wish I could have come here more often, but as I only had a limited number of nights, and other places to try, I only came here on my first night. If I stay again at the Holiday Inn in Noisy-le-Grand, then I'll definitely look this place up again, to try another of their Galettes, and maybe one of their sweet offerings for desert.Should you be in the area, you should definitely consider having a meal here, you won't regret it.
