Le Grand Cafe - Noisy-le-Grand

I ordered their so-called tapas but it was some kind of frozen processed fried (3) shrimp, (6) frozen onion rings, (3) frozen egg rolls, (3) frozen chicken wings and fries for 15 euros. I had to request a Coca-Cola 4 times before waitress delivered it 3/4 through my meal (she could have sold 2 or more if she had been more prompt). Between this restaurant and the Holiday Inn across the street I have single handedly located the WORST food in Paris, France! Astounding but bad food in Paris should be a crime!

Service was inattentive drinks delivered after the meal only after 4 separate requests. One of the few French items on the menu was out and our meal was reasonably early in the day. Onion rings seemed pre prepared. Veal cutlet was tough. Had to ask for the check three times. The only reason this place survives is that is the only place near the Holiday Inn.

The reception is correct. The waitress at first is a little rough and you press because you're supposed to know what you want, she shows you a painting on which dishes are written, she shows herself friendly the dishes are family I tasted the salad plate and hot goat. and the chicken in Portuguese. .. fries that accompany the dish are delicious. dessert dish or flat entrance 12€ good extra point fast service on noon and bread is good.

This so saying restaurant that makes shame to the profession should be closed by sanitary measures food more than doubtful clientele that scares service very low range damage that can not be noted less than zero

The pho soup seems to have varied, the meat has a doubtful quality and the smell does not speak of it: to avoid
