Marco's Pizza - NOLENSVILLE

The staff at Nolensville Marco's was very nice and helpful. They helped me save money on my order and brought me my order. The pizza was delicious. I will be back! I recommend.

The delivery service is unreliable and slow. We had a promise time for our pizza and the pizza still had not arrived. The delivery time was already one hour after when the order was placed. Called the store and the pizza is done but no update of when it may be delivered. She said the drive was in “traffic”. Checked google maps and there isn’t any traffic in the area. The person in the store was super unhelpful on any of my questions.

I always place my order through the app but this time the app wasn’t working so I decided to call and the customer service was horrible. A lady picked up and started huffing and puffing as if she was annoyed that I called. She then put me on hold and started arguing with her co-worker about her hours or something about clocking in right. This is the second time I have experience bad customer service from this location. The first time they were all on their phones and no one wanted to look for my order. It could be that it’s because there are many teenagers working there but customer service needs to improve!

My go-to pizza place. I only order from here when I have a coupn. Lol. They are on the more expensive side, but they always have deals online. Worth trying. Wings are always good!

Ruined Mother 's Day Dinner! Ordered delivery at 6 pm, was told 50 minutes. 8:30 pm still no pizza. Called and young man said it 's been sitting there for pick up. We have never picked up. When I placed the order, the gentleman spoke as if he knew what to do based on history. Worse part, it was going to be a treat for my 86 year old mother on her special day. The young man didn 't apologize and had an attitude of oh, well get over it . I told him this is the end of our patronage to Marco 's Pizza, he simply said goodbye. If he were my employee, he would be held accountable for dragging down the brand. Horrible customer service. I have lost confidence in this business and would not recommend.
