The Heritage Grill And Lounge

Heritage use to have impeccable service and the food is was amazing at some stage. It is sad to see a place that use to be amazing become so mundane in so many aspects. There is, however, a large variety of options available to choose from on the menu.

If you don't like to much topping on your pizza this is the place to be

Went there at about 17:15 Service was medium as only the Waiter was alive.Manager non existant. I presume the manager was there but mostly on their phones as there is so few people. But except this food came out in normal time. My girlfriend had a fillet medium and I had the special ribs with chips. Price was ok but food was terrible the fillet came and was still blue from being raw and my ribs was dry and overcooked which I assume before cooking it again it was cooked/frozen. The ribs had almost a slight old smell but tried it anyway as I can be sometimes a bit over critical , but it wasn't my critisisim that was the problem, but I was correct the ribs was off as I had a slight stomach ache that evening . I complained to the waiter and I told her the ribs was dry ,chips was raw and the steak was blue and is not medium. Waiter said sorry but still no manager in sight. I told the waiter bring the check and put the fillet in a doggy bag for my cat.

Heritage is a charming and cozy restaurant with a romantic atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for families and couples alike. The food is outstanding! Everything I've ordered has been delicious, flavorful, and creative. Plus, the restaurant operates as a non-profit project that gives back to the community, so it's definitely worth a visit. Overall, the vibe is relaxed, and there's also an outdoor area with a bar at the back to enjoy!
