Friendly staff and wonderful fresh food at reasonable price. good coffee, and chips just out of the fryer. View stunning!

I took a friend who is in a wheelchair and wanted to see the ocean. I contacted the SLSC first and they informed me that they do have disabled toilets and, though we didnt end up using it this visit, a beach wheelchair so I...could take her down onto the sand if she wanted! The area around the club was nice and flat so she was able to park her chair at the top of the stairs for a great view. We had lunch from Boaties cafe at the surf club and the food was great and reasonably priced. We enjoyed a nice relaxing couple of hours.

We love going to Soldiers Beach, it is a beautiful part of the world! You can walk for miles if you want, there are rock pools to explore and we’ve even seen dolphins frolicking in the water.

The walk starts from a parking lot in the cook street, where there are picnic tables and a toilet block. the walk is a mix of stretch, beach and away. because of its nature it is not accessible walk. about halfway you reach the yacht harbour, the one. a useful recovery is, drink or munchies pause. a pleasant walk, although it is easy to annoy that some homeowners seem to make a offer to take over the pre-land area.
