Oxtail pho. Absolutely delicious! The large pieces of oxtail practically fell off the bone, unlike the small chewy bits you usually find elsewhere. It must have been simmered for over eight hours. The noodles were cooked to perfection—not too soft or too firm. The spring rolls were incredibly fresh, and the dipping sauce had a delightful sweetness with a hint of peanut butter. However, I always add sriracha because I'm Mexican and love a bit of spice. I even spoke with the chef about the food, and he was very knowledgeable and proud of the soup's history and recipe. This has definitely become my new favorite spot.
The pho, shrimp spring rolls, and fried tofu rolls were all incredible! The service was excellent as well. It's a fun little hole-in-the-wall spot that offers beer and wine. Highly recommend!
Shrimp spring rolls were all 3x delicious I ordered.
Delicious food espically their pho and fried rice. There's plenty of parking space there. They're very friendly.
