McDonald's - Norcross

They really make you feel like you're a bother ordering. I payed for my food and notice I was missing a fry so I came inside to ask them for it. I get home and notice I'm missing a 10 piece order of nuggets. I am fine with cus my kids can share the burger instead. I check the burger and this is how it came. I gave up on them a long time ago but this time I'm legit never coming back. YUCK.

Worst McDonald's ever, and that says alot. The french fries had some sort of disgusting mystery seasoning. The service is terrible. Once I've reached the speaker to order, I've waited 5+ min before anyone spoke to me. The employees are not professional and barely aware of what's going on. I received the incorrect drink, and not only did he not respond, when he returned with the drink, the top was not closed. The drink was sweet tea was extremely diluted and luke warm.

Came through the drive thru at 2 am ordered one double cheeseburger after they shorted me on my change which happens every time I go here but I took 1 bite and spit out the burger it was cold like it came out of the refrigerator. I tried to call and tell them but of course no one answered the phone. I guess it?s to much to ask for quality service at 2 am but atleast make the food edible.

Put in a mobile order for a large iced coffee and was given a black coffee when I told them I wanted cream in it she said ?**** I don?t have time for all that? I used to work here, it takes LESS time to press a button to dispense cream than to fill a bag up with cups of creamer. Tyshann was great though as always! Went by yesterday at 12 and the lobby was locked. Same MOD that said ?**** I don?t have time for that? opened the door and said they were keeping the lobby closed for the day??

The food was not eatable they need to close that mud down horrible
