Waffle House - Norcross

That was the best WAFFLE HOUSE experience I had in a very long time. Everything was delicious and there were no problems with our food order. Our server was very polite and presented every time with a smile at our table. The employees seem good to come and actually seem to enjoy their work. This experience has rekindled my love and renewed my faith in the WAFFLE HOUSE!

Our waitress was super nice and she did a great job even though she is still in training. But the cook was a HUGE disappointment. She left f bombs left and right with my 5 years old gift and very much attention. Your general attitude was terrible. Did she order the waitress? s for 3 tables because it ?quicker? for them. Of course, saying that when the last person was served at my table, everyone else was done to eat. The grits were cold and lumpy, the agitator was not completely boiled. Poor waitress couldn't stop apologising. Hats away to her she was great

There is no way anyone can be ugly on the outside and inside. My daughter and I went in and there was a sign in which the lobby is declared closed after 18:00, but still take orders to go. Three ladies were there and made perfect eye contact, but nobody even knows us. A lady went in front of me and went through the same treatment. One lady told the other that it is after six and it would be just to go the girl that looks like her teeth are big for her mouth, began to say how happy she is about it and blah blah. Remember that we are sitting on the high stools and have not been welcomed yet. 12 minutes later, she takes the lady in front of me. The big teeth didn't want to take my order from the high chairs right next to the register she wanted me to go to her. I tried to order the special and apparently could not order over simple eggs because they also go order Didnt have the opportunity. Rude girl. They looked like they hated life and their jobs. What I still do not know how it is, any of our mistakes that we have not submitted, take them into the interview or vote you to pay. Although there was a black gentleman who was nice and actually seemed happy to do his job. He wore glasses and very sweet.

I guess they were short on duty because there were only two ladies so they could only fill out orders. Was on the street though and asked the waitress where a safe place would be to sleep in my car, and she said here, I slept from about 4:00 to almost 8:00 in her parking lot without being disturbed.

One the few CLEAN Waffle Houses I've been to in a while. My server was very friendly and attentive and my food was pretty decent. The T-bone in my book look like it came from a mini cow or calf due to how small it was. Other than that I couldn't complain too much.
