The worst place I have ever had ice cream !! We were to go in and have ice cream and I start my order with balls in waffle. The girl behind the counter just sits and stares into the air as we enter. I asked if I could get guf on, to which she replied we have nothing more I see the bowl of guf behind her which was glued into guf remnants. When I was about to pay I saw two long blonde hairs sticking out of my ice cream! I tell the girl that long hair is hanging out of the ice and she answers no yes I can see that after which she starts pulling her hair out! But choose to make a new one. She stood for almost minutes and could not get either the box or the Dankort to work until she finds out that she has not turned on the power. Their ice cream tasted old, completely rubbery, so I threw it out right away…. I will NEVER eat there again!

We were down with the kids and getting some ice cream. Me and my boyfriend got a banana split please. I found one black hair in my banana split and another one my beer glass also greasy fingers on my beer glass .. But otherwise very sweet service and we got our money back ..

Lovely location, with good views and nice big terrace, but ... Small ice cream at normal prices moreover, the store appeared messy and dirty. Ice cream holders were marked by the day's flow of ice cream, and it was not appealing. The place probably has an elite smiley, so I have to deal with that.

We are people who come to buy coffee, pancakes with ice cream or Belgian waffle with ice cream. Yesterday, August As some of us are queuing to order, there are in line before us. They order from a young person (apparently a new one at work) she can not figure out how to make coffee and the softice she makes is very high and unwieldy and therefore can not be dipped in sprinkles. As it will be someone from our company who has to order, the young woman accepts the order. She is confused and does not know where to find things. She suddenly disappears and another woman comes flying in the door. She immediately accepts orders. The order is for pancakes with ice cream and a cup of coffee. The employee grabs an ice cream waffle and asks the customer what to put in ... the customer answers that she must have pancakes ... well I just heard the word ice cream, the employee says .., she puts the ice cream waffle back in the stack for the others .... the woman the employee has at no time washed fingers, spit on or put on gloves. In these times” it is appalling that this kind of thing is happening. One from the company asks the employee how it can be that there is only one pancake on the plate when the sign says pancakes with ice cream The employee just laughs and says there is only one pancake. Since we all got our coffee with either pancake or Belgian waffle, we share our experiences with each other. The Belgian waffles are dry and if it were not for the ice cream then they would have been inedible. A few pieces from the company go in and tell the employee that the Belgian waffles were dry ... the employee replies that this is how they are everywhere. One from my company replies that they are not and that it was a bad experience. The employee maintains that the waffles are good and the standard you get in all ice cream shops and restaurants. The person from my company says that the person in question has never experienced it elsewhere and that it must be them who prepare them incorrectly .... the employee totally flinches out and shouts the guest in the head and says that she could look at the whole company that we only came to find small flaws and to ruin her business .., violent accusation !! Some from the company get up, shake, and go their way and the rest of the company follows. The coffee was good. The door to the toilet could not be locked. All in all, a terrible experience. At no time did the employee wash fingers, splash off or use gloves. Not recommendable at all. You do not overuse guests. Not even if one disagrees.
