The Dining Room Village Lodge Sugar Bowl Resort

Our first time entering the ski area from the Mt. Judah side. Super easy walk from the parking lot to the lodge. Skiing/boarding was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Service: 5 Location: 5

We had a great experience skiing at Sugar Bowl. All staff were very on top of things both on and off the slopes. Rented all equipment with no hitch and had a great time. We had a variety of diets in our group and there were food options in the Judah Lodge for everyone.

I recently visited the Sugar Bowl Snowtubing and overall, my experience was not positive. While the staff, particularly Grace, were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Their actions in the snowtubing arena were concerning. Instead of focusing on the safety and well-being of the guests, the staff were playing in the arena and snowtubing themselves. In fact, one worker was more interested in watching a game on their phone than paying attention to safety. This lack of supervision resulted in an incident where I was slingshot over the safety nets despite expressing my concerns to the staff. The staff brushed off my concerns, stating that the safety nets were only meant for racers. As a result, I hit my head and neck and needed the assistance of the ski patrol first aid responders. Additionally, there was no one at the bottom of the hill to take care of the kids and ensure their safety. While the first aid responders were great in the initial examination, the incident itself was unsettling and could have been prevented if the staff had taken their responsibilities more seriously. Overall, while the staff at Sugar Bowl Snowtubing were helpful in answering questions, their lack of attention to safety and disregard for my concerns left me feeling uneasy. Service: 3 Location: 3

My family did not have as much fun as we would have had at other resorts. Service: 1 Location: 1

This resort is not big compare to others in the area but great for beginners, family, esp kids. Parking is convenient and a gondola is just a short walk away. There wasn’t long queue for lifts and you can quickly return for another ski. Staff were helpful and friendly no matter managing lift for those who have special need, and ski patrol who cares if any accidents proactively help take pictures for you. Generally a great experience for my one day trip here.
