Afterwards we were glowing to third chocolate mousse, peche melba and a cream brûlée. tastefully nothing to put out, a fresh, even inlaid wine table with Tahiti vanilla ice cream, freeze-dried celestial (genial), the mousse was a bit too firm, rather like a goose, the cream brûlée for it a bit too liquid but with a crisp lid, all plentiful with fresh berries garnished.I look forward to the next.
I popped into LaMa for a weekend breakfast with my wife on a tip from a very good old D’dorf friend of mine. I was shocked to see this kind of place with its glass ceiling from when the place used to be a butchers from yesteryear, all culturally protected of course. Though more shocking and pleasantly so is the ‘Bistro’ atmosphere in the middle of D’dorf! The menu is very interesting with a proper made croque Monsieur and not from a sandwich toaster. The food is v good and the Lady of the house made us feel welcome. We stayed over 5 hours for breakfast and we felt comfortable here. If you are coming to D’dorf, give the usual places of course you attention ie the Altstadt but to round off your trip pop past the La Manafaktur. You wont regret it. Btw the food coming out to the tables looked very good. Interesting menu.
We were three and had all decided for the lammhaxe simply delicious. butter with crisp, fresh supplements. the service also super friendly and very attentive. good wee and for good conclusion a mousse chocolate with mango fruit salad....as crowning conclusion. therefore there are 5 stars from us and will be happy to come back.
Who knew the belgo belga will love the la manufacture. the suspended glass ceiling, the beautiful atmosphere and the fancy and tasty eating have convinced us again. the pork chops with delicious sauce and the lenses, the deenbrust on the point pink fried, the corsic tomatensalat and also the aftertic with cream brulee, pfirsich melba and the mousse au chocolat made the evening simply round. we will surely come back and hope to get a table again in this wonderful bistro.
Already on the first look we had the impression to be in France.Everything looks authentic.Friendly service and excellent eating means we found a new restaurant where we like to come back.DANKE!
