Great kitchen! The stone butt and the duck-leberterrine as well as the chocolate soufflé and the cheese cake were delicious! Waiting time and service are a bit more efficient.
We were there on a Saturday and chose the gourmet menu.We chose the menu with wine tasting.I found the wine tasting good,but my companion could not have missed it.The individual partial dishes were well dressed and also tasted well.My companion only meant that somehow the last piff had missed
For the first time, I was a guest at Bouchon in 2010. We came to this restaurant by chance and went there without great expectations. We were simply thrilled!!! Since then we always like to come back and enjoy special occasions. Of course, the menus are not cheap, but what you get is worth the price. This applies not only to the quality, but also to the size of the portions. We always felt that the wine was very harmonious. The service is reserved, but attentive. The kitchen is of course French, seasonal and varied. Both fish and meat dishes have always convinced us. Even if the dishes sound classic, they are often a bit modified and simply prepared. And the desserts are also great. All in all an absolute recommendation for a special food with good conscience 5 stars!
Excellent price-performance ratio. Very successful menu with very good wine tasting. The restaurant is modern and beautifully furnished you can watch it!
