McDonald's - Norfolk County

The service at the restaurant was excellent. The staff member assisting with the order, wearing a safety vest, was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I requested additional ketchup and onions, but received none of either. Additionally, there was no receipt in my bag. This location is incompetent. Despite giving them another chance and placing the same order, I received two single cheeseburgers instead of the McDouble with extra pickles and bacon that I was charged for. I never even mentioned wanting pickles or bacon. When I called to request a remake, the manager blamed me for not checking my order before leaving. Seriously?

This restaurant is a fantastic place to satisfy your cravings with delicious food similar to McDonald's. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and they offer great support to students looking to earn money in this country. It would be helpful to provide more information to new customers, such as refills for drinks and additional options. This is just a minor suggestion for improvement. Personally, I enjoy the location of this restaurant, which is surrounded by many other dining options. It is a food lover's paradise and a great spot for long-distance travelers.

Last 3 times we've been there they haven't got our order right. The dipping sauce is always missing and fries were barely cooked. Not happy at all anymore with this location. Going forward I'll drive the extra and go to the Caledonia one.

Had a great experience with the staff here! I came in at around 9:15pm where it was extremely busy. While I was here I witnessed a lady ask for the manager because of something to do with the ice cream, a few minutes later a little girl went up to the register saying how her and all of her friends got the same toy in their happy meal and asked for the squish mellow toy, the lady at the counter told her that they didn’t have any, the little girls mom then got up and raised her voice saying “are you kidding me?! No ice cream and now no squish mellows?” The lady at the counter continued to stay calm and kind. I feel bad for the workers who had to listen to these ladies and all their kids running around. 10/10 service!
