Chanello's Pizza - Norfolk

Ordered veggie pizza, well done, cut in squares garlic knots. Placed order at 9:40 pm and it was ready in 10 minutes as the website said. Everything was hot and fresh. When I picked up my order, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'll be ordering my pizza's from here from now on. Thank you

This was my first time ordering from the OV location. I usually order from the Chanellos in Ghent (the best!! , and now I see why. The delivery time was ridiculous. I placed the order a little after 11p and was told the order would arrive in 45 mins. It was 12:30 am and still no food. I called to see what was the issue. I mean it's a Wednesday night. How busy could it be? The staff said the driver just left and it should be 10 mins more before arrival. Ten mins came andwent. The order arrived about 1am. We still tipped the driver but I wish I would've checked the order beforehand. The footlong CHICKEN FAJITA SUB I ordered was instead some lousy version of a philly cheesesteak sub. Cold bread, 2 thickslices of cheese, 2 oz of meat, and barely any onions present. Even though it wasn't what I ordered I would've sucked it up and ate it anyways because that's how hangry I was last night. But the sub looked so pathetic I just couldn't fathomthe thought of doing so. The JUMBO WINGS we ordered were, in fact, regular sized wings with a fancy name. Smaller than any wings I've ever seen. The FRIES were cold so we just threw them away. My husband drove to Cookout in protest. Theonly decent item was the GARDEN SALAD. I mean you can't really screw up a salad. At the end of the day, I made a lazy girl decision to order delivery from Chanello's in OV. I should've driven 15 mins to Downtown Norfolk to get the order Ideserved. Lesson learned.

We ordered quickly online (barbecue chicken pizza with pineapple added and extra mozzarella), the employee called immediately to apologize that they were out of chicken but offered us any other meat at no additional charge since we?d already paid online. We chose a different meat and it was ready for pickup by the time we got there less than 10 minutes later. So hot and fresh and tasted great! Not sure the employee?s name but we ordered on the night of July 19 and hewas the only one working, he was so great!

No hay aire acondicionado, no have A/C is so hot inside. Plus the employees girl is not nice I eat outside too hot insideFood: 5/5

I've been there a couple of times and the girl that works there at night is really friendly and professional. I would give 5 stars but I got a Philly cheesesteak from there that was a lot of bread. If I needed to pay more for the meat I would have.Food: 4/5
