Chick-fil-a - Norfolk

The staff here are friendly, and the Chick-fil-a chicken is consistently delicious. However, the Aramark employees could benefit from improved training. This summer, they’ve been ringing up meals separately, which is inconvenient. Additionally, they tend to use too much soda in the frozen lemonade mixed drink, causing it to separate after a few minutes. To avoid any issues, it's best to stick with standard meal combos that come with soda.

I had a wonderful experience this morning thanks to Ms. Kym, the supervisor! She has such a great personality and was incredibly helpful. I mentioned that I’m from Las Vegas and that I usually have breakfast at Chick-fil-A, ordering the combo with a sandwich, fruit, and a mocha coffee. Even though my order wasn't in the self-service system, Ms. Kym went out of her way to prepare it for me. She even covered $10 of my bill using her Apple Pay because I only had cash on me! Thanks to her, my morning routine at Tussi was as enjoyable as ever, and I’m now savoring my breakfast. Ms. Kym truly is a gem, and I'll definitely stop by to see her again the next time I’m in town!

Chick-fil-A has become a staple in our household. The chicken is always crispy, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. Their soft serve ice cream cones are a perfect treat for summer. The salads are also crisp and refreshing. This particular location had exceptionally friendly staff who were very quick, making me eager to return. Thank you!

The food is fine, but there is a worker under the name of Daniel and he makes the food possible in the best way, make him supervise
